The social media strategy I proposed for Ambition Leadership was to have the Facebook page catered to more of a general audience (with LinkedIn having a stronger focus on content relevant to the buyer persona). This Facebook post for Valentine's Day was crafted to give relevant advice for even the "Average Joe", which we hoped would make it more enticing to share. For Jennifer Chapman, she loved showcasing a bit of her professional wisdom on extroversion/introversion in a real-life context. I proposed the idea for this post, drafted the outline, and created the graphic. Jenn weighed in on the actionable advice for how to work better with an introvert or extrovert and we both revised it until it met the tone we were hoping to achieve.
